Dr. Lee studied 3 years in his undergraduate program of Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. He graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 1995 and obtained his acupuncture training in the same year through studies in Sri Lanka. Dr. Lee was awarded the “Chiropractic Sciences Award” in his graduating class which is bestowed upon the student demonstrating the skill to incorporate academic learning acumen into their clinical practice as an intern.
Dr. Lee focuses on evidence-based practice methods that utilize a combination of soft tissue (muscle, tendon, ligament, fascia, nerve), joint and exercise techniques to help restore mobility and function to the body.
Techniques used by Dr. Lee include joint manipulation and mobilization, active release technique (full body and nerve techniques), musculoskeletal acupuncture, home exercise prescription and electro-modalities (ultrasound, interferential current, shockwave).
Dr. Lee balances his chiropractic work with his hobbies of pickleball, cycling, mountain biking, Nordic skiing and his love of cooking.
