Orthotics are devices worn in your shoes that provide correction to your feet, helping them to function more efficiently. Poor foot function and alignment may be the cause of various pains such as foot pain, hip pain, knee pain and back pain.

Hot stone therapy combines massage with the application of heated stones which are either massaged over the body or placed upon specific areas of the body.

Active Release Techniques is non-invasive, very safe, has virtually no side-effects. It is a highly successful hands-on treatment method to address problems in the soft tissues of the body, including the muscles, ligaments, fascia, and nerves.

Acupuncture helps cure/prevent illness by regulating and normalizing a person’s healthy function. Thin sterilized needles are inserted into specific points which have a pain relieving effect.

MPS therapy is an effective treatment for stress, chronic and acute soft tissue pain and scar tissue. MPS therapy works with the Dolphin Neurostim, a portable pain relief unit.

Massage therapy is a health management strategy to positively affect the soft tissues and joints of the body. Massage therapy can reduce pain & swelling, improve range of motion and promote faster healing of strained muscles and joints

“Thai Massage” or “Thai Yoga Massage” is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures to achieve a state of deep relation and peaceful release in the body, mind and spirit. It follows the body’s energy (“Sen”) lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body’s energy systems.
